I enjoy meeting new people and have been fortunate to do this whilst travelling the world in my previous role as airline cabin crew.

When I’m not working you will find me being creative on my sewing machine or going for long walks in the countryside.

Hi I’m Mel,

I have 15 years of  experience in the spa, wellness and hospitality industry. I  am a passionate spa manager known for creating memorable experiences for clients. I lead an elite team of highly skilled therapists. Ensuring exceptional treatments are delivered consistently. I am an enthusiast for developing new skills and love learning about new innovative treatments and the latest pioneering products.

I enjoy taking part in training and coaching my team members. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best facial skincare brands and have extensive knowledge in this area.

In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with my loved ones. I am a yoga and pilates enthusiast.  Down time for me is to go on long scenic walks. I love a good book whether it be an autobiography or crime thriller!

Hi, I’m Rachel and I have over 13 years experience in the industry, working in both salons and high end spas providing a full range of beauty and spa services. I have also tutored in beauty and spa treatments to students and loves to share my knowledge of different treatments.

I’m so passionate about all beauty and spa therapy and would say I exude a peaceful and calming energy. I especially love facials and a good brow and lash transformation! But my favourite treatment has got to be a pedicure. Relaxation and a finished result.
